Do you struggle with long term goals, changes and commitments?
I believe we were each created for purpose and sometimes we need to listen to our bodies innate wisdom to find ourselves. In today’s rush it is hard to hear what our own bodies are telling us because of all the noise. I find when I try to make changes, it is impossible without me asking God for help and guidance and then doing what He commands. We would love for you to join us on this journey, in healing your body with food as medicine. But it’s more than that, we were created to be balanced in body, mind, and spirit. In Matthew 11:28 it states, “Come to me all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.”
We must learn to find rest for our
body-through feeding it nourishing foods meant for bio-individual needs and proper exercise
mind-by renewing each day in prayer and peace found in nature getting back to ancient remedies
spirit-leaning in, listening and obeying what we feel deep within.
