Like you, I have shared these similar things in my body. With the education and knowledge I have attained, I have been able to help myself and others. I have made it my mission to help people dealing with these issues and I have had some great results. I believe in testing, not guessing, and educating you on how to properly nourish and heal your body from the inside out.

Do you struggle with long term goals, changes and commitments?

I believe we were each created for purpose and sometimes we need to listen to our bodies innate wisdom to find ourselves. In today’s rush it is hard to hear what our own bodies are telling us because of all the noise. I find when I try to make changes, it is impossible without me asking God for help and guidance and then doing what He commands. We would love for you to join us on this journey, in healing your body with food as medicine.  But it’s more than that, we were created to be balanced in body, mind, and spirit. In Matthew 11:28 it states, “Come to me all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.” 

We must learn to find rest for our

  • body-through feeding it nourishing foods meant for bio-individual needs and proper exercise

  • mind-by renewing each day in prayer and peace found in nature getting back to ancient remedies

  • spirit-leaning in, listening and obeying what we feel deep within.

I’m a wife and mom to 3 beautiful kids. I am also a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. I have always had a joy for exercise, but it was not until I turned 36 that I learned nutrition played such a huge part in my wellness as well and seeking God’s counsel along the way for changes I would need to make from years of eating patterns. I had an amazing childhood with great parents and a best friend for a sister. I grew up on the standard American Diet, eating processed foods, Velveeta cheese, cream of this and that and plenty of processed carbs……
