What Is Nutritional Therapy?

It is the delivery of an ancestral perspective that is rooted in the power of real food and scientific function in the body. The intent is to unleash the power of properly prepared nutrient-dense whole foods and to reconnect each person to the unique needs and innate wisdom of their bodies to support lasting wellness. The goal is to find the root cause of the symptoms rather than just focus on the symptoms alone. Real health can be achieved through a holistic and individualized approach to nutrition and lifestyle and it is based on bio-individual needs meaning that there is no one-size-fits-all approach.

As a nutritional therapist, I use multiple tools to assess one’s diet, lifestyle, medications, internal systems, and see how these may relate to certain symptoms and deficiencies. We work together and develop a plan that will assess your bio-individual needs and focus on healing and getting rooted in your body, mind, and spirit.
